Rate Info

Due to the various services I offer I use the rates below as a starting point when establishing a fee base with my clients. I do offer the flexibility to schedule time with me for longer than the traditional 1 hour session. Based on activity choice it may be suitable to schedule more than 90 minutes. This will involve ongoing communication between all parties engaged in our sessions.

 My current rate structure looks like the following:

          Individual Therapy.................................... $125-$165/hr,  $180/initial assessment
          Nature Based .............................................$100/hr, $140/90 minutes
          Adventure Based....................................... $100/hr ($40/hr each extra hour)

          Family Session................................ $150/hr, $200/90 minutes
          Traditional/Nature Based (Family/Group)......... $100/hr, $140/90 minutes
          Adventure Based Family/Group..................... $120/hr ($45/hr each extra hour)

I currently accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express. If paying via card please not I charge an $3 electronic use fee.  All payment is to be made on the day of services provided, unless discussed prior to the scheduled time. I also aim to work within my perspective clients' needs and offer flexible rates based on individual or family need. This can be discussed over the phone and when it is necessary.

Cancellation Policy: I understand that life isn't always predictable, and it may be necessary to cancel an appointment. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance allow you to cancel with no fee associated. Appointments cancelled with less that 24 hour notice will result in being charged for the full cost of our session.
